Full-Time Parish Accountant (All Saints Catholic Church – Dunwoody, GA)
All Saints Catholic Church in Dunwoody is seeking a full-time Parish Accountant to support the Pastor and Director of Operations with parish finance and accounting needs. This role is responsible for comprehensive financial management, reporting, and compliance with GAAP and Archdiocese/diocesan policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day parish accounting and financial operations
- Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and compliance requirements
- Ensure accurate records and adherence to GAAP and diocesan guidelines
Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent required (Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred)
- 5–10 years business/management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with automated accounting systems and Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets)
- Proficiency with Sage, ParishSOFT Accounting, and Paylocity preferred
