Still Searching For Adult Assistance Saturdays
Fr. Michael calls The Rescue Project “the most compelling presentation of the Gospel I’ve encountered.” Simply put, it’s an experience of the gospel surrounded by food, conversation and prayer. This experience is imbued with beauty, authentic humanity, and accompaniment.
Fr. Michael is hosting a Saturday evening group specifically focused on the parents of young families, so childcare is being provided. We have a lead adult for each date, and support from teens earning service hours. We need at least one additional adult for each Saturday, so if you are currently VIRTUS trained and background checked, please consider helping out to make possible this program for young families of the parish. Child care is provided in the All Saints Playroom, Saturday evenings from 4:45-7:15 pm.
The Rescue Project retreat, taking place 10/25, also needs adults childcare. The retreat runs a half day – where we have split childcare into two shifts for adult volunteers: 8:45-11:15 am and 11:15 am-1:45 pm. Thank you for your help!
