You are invited to join your fellow parishioners in a special ministry of praying for our priests, deacons and religious leaders. It is called the Elijah Cup ministry.
As many of you know, we need church vocations as there is a shortage of priest and deacons throughout the world. The Elijah Cup aims to support this need through prayer. It is easy to do! Our prayers can help someone heed the call to serve the Church in this unique and important way.

Once you have signed up:
- Attend the Mass you selected. Stop by the Sacristy a few minutes before your selected Mass to assure the priest of your presence. You will be called forward to receive the Elijah Cup after communion.
- Take the Cup home and put it in a place of honor where it can serve as a focal point for your daily prayers.
- Return the Cup to the Sacristy anytime the following Saturday, preferably before the 4pm Mass when a priest is there to receive it.
You will be blessed for taking this time for prayer, our Church will become stronger, and many more young Catholics will be inspired to dedicate their lives to the Lord’s work.
