Faith in Action invites you to join us Tuesday, November 17, 6:30-8pm in Kiernan Hall (aka Scout hut), where our guest speakers will be a small group of previously homeless veterans. These patriots will share the challenges they faced when they returned from duty and their journey to overcome them. You will also learn about our project to bring Christmas to local veterans as they transition into civilian life.
Appreciating and caring for our veterans supports three Catholic social teaching themes of sanctity of life, call to family & community, and solidarity. We extend a special invitation to our parish’s veterans, to extend our thanks and to help us welcome our visitors to All Saints.
