2018-19 BACK-TO-SCHOOL INFORMATION

All students must have the following items on file before they may begin school. Links to the online forms will be emailed to you as part of the “Back-to-School Letter” in early August.

  • Financial Policy Online Form
  • Handbook Acknowledgement Online Form
  • Pick-up Authorization Online Form
  • Lice Inspection Authorization Form
  • GA Immunization Form 3231 with unexpired date – This form is obtained through your pediatrician’s office and must have an expiration date that has not yet passes.  Bring this form with you to Orientation Night or Meet & Greet events.  Your child cannot attend the preschool without this form.

Parent Orientation – Thursday, August 30th

This evening is dedicated to inform parents about the school. Part of the time will be spent in your child’s classroom to meet the teachers and receive your Back-to-School Packets. The other part will be held in the Gymnasium with the Director for a brief overview of important policies and procedures.  While we love the children – this night is best held without them.

The sessions will be divided as follows:

7:00-7:30 p.m. – Session A classes visit Classrooms

7:45-8:15 p.m.   ALL FAMILIES (Session A and B) meet in Gymnasium with Director

Meet and Greet – Friday, August 31st  

This is your child’s opportunity to explore his/her new classroom and meet their teachers and some classmates.

 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.             Session A classes (listed above) meet in classroom

10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.           Session B classes (listed above) meet in classroom

 9:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.             ALL FAMILIES WELCOME BACK PARTY in the MEADOW 

 

Supplies

We ask each family to donate the following supplies for school-wide use. These items are not to be delivered to the preschool until Orientation Night and Meet and Greet.

  • 2 rolls of paper towels
  • 2 containers of baby wipes
  • 1 box of tissues

 

Tote Bags and Magnets

We ask that all children carry uniform bags. This is not mandatory, but is helpful to the teachers as many compartments and zippers can cause items to get “lost.” Tote bags ($15) and Magnets ($5) are available for purchase in the Preschool Office during school hours.
